The team at Castlemartyr Resort is once again celebrating as Terre restaurant has retained its two Michelin Star status at The Michelin Guide UK & Ireland awards ceremony in Glasgow tonight.

Commenting on this achievement, Chef Patron Vincent Crepel at Terre said: “I am absolutely thrilled with the news that Terre has retained its two Michelin Stars. Firstly, to be awarded two Stars at last year’s ceremony was a phenomenal achievement but to retain this accolade is certainly special. It reflects the hard work, commitment and dedication from all the team. At Terre, we strive to offer an exceptional guest experience each and every day and we are immensely proud to be recognised as one of the best restaurants in Ireland.”

The menus at Terre are meticulously created boasting vibrant flavours and visual appeal and complexity. Fusing traditional French cooking techniques, underpinned with Asian ingredients, offer guests a distinctive and flavoursome array of dishes that are testament to the culinary prowess of Vincent and his team.

Castlemartyr Resort General Manager, Brendan Comerford commented: “We are delighted that Terre has retained two Michelin Stars this year. This continued recognition is testament to Chef Vincent and the superb work and creativity of his team. We have had a fantastic couple of years at Castlemartyr Resort since Terre opened its doors as it has enhanced our attractiveness as a destination, for local guests and for international tourists alike.”
