The sun shone brightly on the longest evening of the year as General Manager Nicky Logue welcomed guests to the InterContinental Dublin’s Garden Terrace party on midsummers evening.

Invitees dined al fresco with Spanish guitarist Juan adding to the holiday atmosphere and enjoyed Midsummer & Paradiso cocktails, Bubbles and Rose while sampling the new summer menus developed by Executive Chef Alberto Rossi and his team. Nestling in the courtyard of the Hotel, the Garden Terrace and Veranda is a stunning summer location with its manicured gardens and fountain.

Guests including Louis Walsh, Lucinda O’Sullivan, Darren Kennedy were treated to summer favourites including mini crab Caesar salads, tuna niçoise and prawn cocktail and then sat down to enjoy sumptuous fillet steaks, Surf Burgers, and Summer Risotto.

A selection of summery sweet treats from the Hotel’s pastry Chef Orna Larkin were served including Fresh Wexford Strawberries & Cream & Pear & Lemon Crumble.
