Faithlegg are delighted to introduce – The Busy Bean – Faithlegg’s new coffee trailer which has taken up residence at the front of the hotel overlooking the 1st Tee of the golf course at the country manor house hotel in Co. Waterford.

Already a welcome spot for walkers, visitors to Faithlegg along with golf members back to the course can now pick up a coffee, sandwiches and a treat at the bespoke trailer. With a range of refreshments available including a number of teas and cold drinks, The Busy Bean’s coffee is a delightful blend of Brazilian and Columbian beans roasted locally in Waterford by Coffee House Lane and for those looking for a sweet drink The Busy Bean’s hot chocolate are made with indulgent O’Conaill milk & white chocolate flakes.

The real treats are from Head Chef Jenny Flynn who’s handmade delicious bakes will be available daily including salted caramel peanut sensations, cranberry & peanut bites, raspberry & estate elderflower bakewell slices, granola flapjack, milk chocolate & caramel cookies and a selection of Jenny’s signature sandwiches including honey & mustard baked ham with smoked Knockanore cheese and mixed leaves with sweet tomato mayo, Pastrami with rocket leaves and horseradish mayo on a baguette, smoked Knockanore Cheese with sliced pickle & Faithlegg’s pear and tomato chutney on Seagull Bakery sourdough bread and warm Dexter beef with melted smoked Knockanore cheese and wild rocket on Seagull Bakery Sourdough bread.
