New restaurant ‘Twelve Ten: The Grill’ opening at the 5 Star Castlemartyr Resort, East Cork.

The team at Castlemartyr Resort are delighted to announce the official opening of our all-new
restaurant, Twelve Ten: The Grill. Taking its name from the year of Castlemartyr castles construction,
the ruins of which are visible along the entrance avenue to the Resort.
Twelve Ten: The Grill offers guests casual dining with a selection of contemporary favourites, with a
new menu designed by Castlemartyr Resort Executive Chef, Kevin Burke, and his team. Some
highlights of the new menu include:
 The Chicken Liver and Foie Gras Parfait starter, served with Red Pepper and Cabbage
Chutney, with Toasted Sourdough
 A Ballycotton Chilled Lobster Roll, served with Pickled Cucumber and Marie Rose Sauce in a
Fresh Brioche Bun with Skinny Chips
 Our ‘Dessert Bar’ serving a selection of Dessert Cocktails including a ‘Marshmallow Martini’
and a selection of mini desserts to share, including a Castlemartyr Resort Honey & White
Chocolate Cheesecake (made with honey from the Resort hives) – why stop at just one?
