Reservations have been opened for The Ivy Dawson Street, following an announcement that Dublin’s latest restaurant will open its doors on Tuesday July 24th.

The first international brasserie from The Ivy Collection will be located at 13-17 Dawson Street in the landmark One Molesworth building, lead by General Manager Jamie Belton. The team at the new eatery also includes Head Chef Nick Lentini and up to 200 guests can be accommodated inside, with breakfast, weekend brunch, lunch, afternoon tea, light snacks and dinner on offer. Alongside a series of tasty cocktails available at The Ivy’s central onyx bar, the menu will feature a selection of classics such as shepherd’s pie, crispy duck salad and Dungarvan oysters.

Part of the restaurant’s draw will undoubtedly be its interior. The critically-acclaimed Martin Brudnizki Design Studio consulted on the design, which features floor-to-ceiling glass windows, marble floor tiles and polished parquet panel flooring, leather banquettes and pendant lighting. Green foliage displayed throughout the brasserie will be complemented by burnt orange soft leather furnishings.

The Ivy Dawson Street is part of The Ivy Collection, a group of restaurants, brasseries and café with locations across England and Scotland.

“Bringing The Ivy Collection’s first international brasserie to Dublin is without doubt the most exciting point of my career,” said Jamie Belton. “With fantastic food, beautiful interiors and consistent, friendly service, our Irish brasserie will offer a touch of glamour whilst also welcoming guests to visit us anytime, whatever the occasion. The team and I are really looking forward to welcoming our new neighbours and visitors to the area this summer.”
