To the delight of wine-lovers across the capital, The Coburg has just announced its latest Supper Club instalment will be taking place in collaboration with esteemed wine producer Little Beauty. On April 11th, Conrad Dublin’s destination restaurant is set to welcome budding and seasoned sommeliers alike for an evening of harmonious food and wine pairings among fellow enthusiasts.

Remaining loyal to The Coburg’s steadfast ethos of using the best local produce, Executive Head Chef Marek Sulg has curated an exclusive dinner menu with entremets between each course, all crafted to accompany and enhance the seven featured Little Beauty wines of the evening. The menu commences with a vibrant dish of Seared Scallops with Citrus Beurre Blanc and Microgreens, followed by a main course featuring tender and seasonal Herb-Crusted Rack of Lamb with Minted Pea Puree and Roasted Baby Vegetables. To conclude this decadent meal, a dessert course of Lemon Lavender Panna Cotta with a vibrant Mixed Berry Compote will be served. With a specially chosen wine pairing for each course, the entire menu blends in perfect harmony for a dining experience like no other.

Little Beauty is a lively wine brand hailing from Marlborough, New Zealand, renowned for its catalogue of highly sustainable, limited-release wines. Each bottle is heavily influenced by New Zealand’s maritime climate, with distinct weather conditions contributing to a truly spectacular catalogue. By joining forces with Little Beauty, The Coburg hopes to highlight this innovative vintner and celebrate its unique flavour profiles throughout the evening.

This special, one-off event will take place on Thursday, April 11th at 6:30 pm. Whether dining solo or as part of a group, reservations can be made via OpenTable, with early booking advised.
