Asador, on Haddington Road in the heart of Dublin 4, has gained a reputation for cooking the best of Irish seasonal produce over fires of oak, apple and hickory hardwoods, imparting delicious smokey notes to aged steaks and the freshest seafood. On Friday April 12th, Head Chef Robert Sabongi will showcase the skills of his team, and the versatility of the Asador, with a one night only ‘Flavours of Spain’ five-course tasting menu expertly paired with a flight of Spanish wines.  Priced at €125 per person, this is a must for lovers of Mediterranean cuisine.

The menu brings to life the flavours of Spain and gives you a tase of Summer to come. Wines are sourced from Continental, Atlantic and Mediterranean vineyards and will be presented by Antonio Lorente from Vinostito.
