The Doyle Collection, a female-led, independent luxury Irish hotel group, is proud to be celebrating 5 years of its Headshot Initiative in Ireland, the UK and Washington, D.C. Created to champion women’s visibility and success in the professional world, and to mark International Women’s Day on 8th March 2025, the initiative offers female entrepreneurs, professionals and business leaders professional headshots in each of the collection’s hotel city locations.

The Headshot Initiative will take place this year at The River Lee in Cork and The Croke Park in Dublin on Wednesday 5th March, and at The Westbury in Dublin on Wednesday 12th March.

Recognising that securing a high-quality headshot is often overlooked despite its importance in today’s digital landscape, The Doyle Collection is proud to support and empower women in the workplace. All professional women are invited to take part in a special portrait session with a skilled female photographer. Set against the stylish backdrop of its hotels, each participant will receive a high-quality digital headshot – a vital tool for enhancing their professional presence across LinkedIn, websites, social media, and media platforms.

Donations will be collected as part of the initiative in support of a selection of philanthropic women’s charities. Headshots can be reserved in exchange for a donation of €15. Proceeds from each event at The Westbury, The River Lee, and The Croke Park will support Daisyhouse – an Irish charity which provides Temporary Accommodation, combined with uniquely tailored individual Personal Support Programmes to women who are homeless.
