La Cocina Cuevas will host their Fine Dining Summer Guest Chef Series featuring three renowned Irish chefs who are set to bring their unique flavours and exceptional skills to the Cuevas’ kitchen. Joining Chef Jeremy Cuevas are the very talented chefs, Chef Chris Maguire (August 9th & 10th), Chef Holly Dalton and Chef Sebastian Ritzen (August 30th & 31st).

Meet Our Chefs: Chris Maguire, August 9th & 10th

Chris Maguire, a distinguished figure in the Dublin culinary scene. Chris has been at the helm of some of the city’s finest restaurants, including Delahunt, Franks, Locks, and currently, Spitalfields. His collaboration with our head chef, Jeremy Cuevas, spans over a decade, beginning at the Michelin-starred restaurant ‘Trinity’ in southwest London.

Chris is not only a master in the kitchen but also plays a pivotal role in cultivating our farm at La Cocina Cuevas. This dinner will be a true celebration of farm-to-table dining, showcasing the freshest produce from our fields. Prepare for an unforgettable evening where Chris’s culinary artistry will shine through each course.

Meet Our Chefs: Holly Dalton & Sebastian Ritzen, Dates: August 30th & 31st

Closing the month with flair, the talented duo, Chefs Holly Dalton and Sebastian Ritzen.

Holly Dalton
Holly Dalton brings a wealth of experience from both restaurant and café kitchens, along with her expertise in food production. She was head chef at several 3FE establishments before pivoting to condiment production and is now company director of Conbini Condiments, a Japanese-inspired condiment company. Holly is also a familiar voice on RTÉ and Newstalk, where she discusses the latest food trends.

Sebastian Ritzen
Sebastian, a seasoned chef with over 15 years of professional experience, currently leads the pastry kitchen at Anantara The Marker Dublin. His Swedish heritage is a profound influence on his culinary style, particularly in his exceptional baking skills. Bread and chocolate are his specialities, promising a delightful experience for those with a penchant for pastries.
