Pallas Foods is hosting two food showcases featuring quality produce and specialty artisan products in the Strand Hotel, Limerick on March 9th and the Sligo Park Hotel in Sligo on April 11th, both from 2pm to 5pm.These Limerick and Sligo food showcases gives attendees the opportunity to meet with a number of artisan food producers, featuring the freshest and highest quality ingredients, for chefs and operators in the foodservice and retail sectors to discover and sample. These shows are open to all Pallas Foods customers working in the hospitality and retail sector in Limerick and Sligo, and the surrounding areas.
