Celbridge Manor, part of the Podium Hospitality portfolio, recently hosted a summer reception to celebrate phase one of the redevelopment of Celbridge Manor Hotel. The f1.5m refurbishment concentrated on the upgrading of the entire ground floor, the newly landscaped gardens, and the outdoor fountain. The second phase of the redevelopment will begin in the Autumn and will see further investment in the bedrooms, as well as the meeting and event spaces. Built in 1737, the Georgian-fronted hotel includes 66 bedrooms, two conference rooms that can accommodate up to 350 delegates, and meeting rooms that can hold up to 60. For dining, the hotel can hold between 10 to 300 delegates in its main ballroom. Its Schoolhouse Bar features a newly designed menu, while the hotel’s restaurant serves dishes such as pork belly, freshly sourced Irish sea bass and a range of vegetarian options.
