Back by popular demand after sell-out sessions last year, Sourdough September returns to Conrad Dublin with Master Sourdough Bakery – Bretzel and once again offering some amazing taster demos on Thursday, 26th September.

The Conrad Dublin with their supplier, The Bretzel Bakery, aim to highlight their partnership with local suppliers and raise awareness of Sourdough September, a festival that takes place throughout the UK & Ireland, encouraging more people to buy genuine sourdough or – even better – to make their own sourdough bread at home.

Offering a choice or two sessions – 11am-12.30pm and afternoon 6pm-7.30pm, Master Baker Fabrice from the Bretzel Bakery, will talk you through the simple steps to take to create a wonderful sourdough loaf at home, showing examples of his bread and offering a taste session. This will be an informal and interactive demonstration, where Fabrice will be at hand to answer all sourdough related issues!  Guests will be treated to some homemade dips -think French onion, Guinness and mature cheddar and hummus with delicious sourdough bread and tea/coffee and for the afternoon guests a yummy cocktail or cool beer to accompany.

Participants will receive a sample of the bread as well as their own sourdough starter from Bretzel Bakery plus Conrad Dublin is giving a voucher for 30% off your food bill at Alfie Byrne’s by Galway Bay Brewery, throughout the whole month of October, between 12pm and 2pm.Tickets are only €18 per person and only 40 guests per session.   Pre-booking essential through https://www.eventbrite.com/e/sourdough-september-masterclass-with-bretzel-bakery-head-baker-at-conrad-dublin-tickets-68148571211
