Sleep & Eat, Europe’s leading hospitality design and innovation event, returns to London Olympia on 19th – 20th November. Now in its 15th year, Sleep & Eat comprises an international exhibition, a Conference, Development Roundtables where visitors can talk one-on-one with industry leaders and a number of inspirational pop-ups designed uniquely for the show. For its many regular visitors, this is the must-attend event of the year.

The Conference will feature game-changers from around the globe, including directors of Standard International, NeueHouse and 25 Hours Hotels. Panels will include much respected hotel operators tackling this year’s theme of “Social FlexAbility”, international hotel F&B directors discussing latest trends and award-winning designers debating the latest thinking towards human wellbeing and environmental engagement.

One of the event’s favourites are the concept room Sets, designed afresh each year. Six international design and architecture firms will be exploring what hospitality can contribute to human interaction in our age of digital isolation. They are: Miaja Design Group, Maria Tibblin & Co, HAT Design, and twenty2degrees, who are each designing a guestroom, and SpaceInvader and NAME Architecture who are designing a bar and a restaurant respectively.

Sleep & Eat will also feature a major Exhibition. With over 160 world-renowned manufacturers, artisanal companies and fit-out specialists, including Irish brands Abbey Upholsterers, Flair Showers and O’Donnell Furniture Makers, this is a showcase renowned as the place to discover newly launched collections and to do business. Other exhibitors will include Chelsom, GROHE, Kaldewei, and Morgan Furniture, to name but a few.
