The Osprey Hotel in Naas launched their new restaurant Herald & Devoy on July 13th with the help of architect and star of RTE’s Home of the Year, Hugh Wallace, Cian O’Neil, Kildare Football Manager, and Kildare County Manager, Peter Carey. The men met the team at The Osprey to enjoy a celebratory slice of cake to mark the opening of the hotel’s new 130-seater all day restaurant. The Prem Group sought advice on the menu from food consultant Hugo Arnold, best known for his work on the Avoca cookbooks and who previously worked alongside celebrity chef Richard Corrigan. Hugo developed the menu at Herald & Devoy with Head Chef Noel Walsh. The new space will serve coffee, sandwiches and salads, classic dishes like steak and crab cocktail, and will offer craft beers, and prosecco on tap. The launch of the brasserie is part of an overall f3m investment in the Osprey.
